A multidisciplinary artist. His creative formation took place in an atmosphere of competition with his older brothers and sisters, which contributed to the development of his artistic language and way of seeing. His pursuit of art lay outside the professional norms of the environment in which he was raised; however, persistence and an inner conviction in the significance of his chosen direction allowed him to establish his own artistic trajectory.
Ronald’s creative work is based on African traditional religious beliefs, questions of colonial history, religion, and personal identity. He works at the intersection of media, selecting a unique physical form for each idea.
